I major in psychology and hold a Master of Science degree in Psychology (MSc). In addition, I am a certified family therapist, a 7th professional family mediator and an 8th quality supervisor. As a professional development, I have also completed psychotherapy trainings with different orientations, such as Tram Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc. On a daily basis, I work as a psychologist, family therapist, family mediator and supervisor. I have been working as a psychologist for over 25 years, working with couples for a few years less. Work experience with couples is largely related to divorce, but as a family therapist I work with the whole family.

In addition to client work, I conduct trainings on psychology.

I use different methodologies in my work, based on my training and the client’s needs.

Gastroenterologist Anastasia Nedbalskaya. Anastasia graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tartu in 2006. She completed her gastroenterology residency in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, she worked as a gastroenterologist and endoscopist at the West Tallinn Hospital. Since October 2013, her primary place of employment has been the Gastroenterology Centre of the East Tallinn Hospital. Anastasia performs consultations at the Med4u OÜ clinic, as well as at the Endos OÜ endoscopic office in Narva. She has more than 10 years’ experience performing endoscopic procedures. She regularly attends training sessions in Europe and Russia and is a member of various professional organizations (Estonian Society of Gastroenterology, Estonian Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy).

Majandusvaldkonna magistrikraadile vastava kõrgharidusega tegutsev toitumisterapeut, Eesti Toitumisteraapia Assotsiatsiooni tegevliige. Erialane kvalifikatsioon – toitumisnõustaja, tervisenõustaja toitumise alal, toitumisterapeut – omandatud ja täiendatud Monash ülikoolis, Annely Sootsi Koolituse Tervisekoolis, Tallinna Tervishoiu Kõrgkoolis ja Tomsk Ülikoolis Coursera programmi toetusel.

Nurse Dmitri Saveljev. Dmitri graduated from the Tallinn Medical School with a degree in nursing. Since 2013, he has actively assisted in endoscopic gastroenterology procedures, created plans for endoscopic procedures, and advised patients on how to prepare for their examination properly. He regularly attends training sessions in Estonia and Europe and is a member of various professional societies.
