Surgeon’s appointment.
At a general surgeon’s appointment, you can get help with the following:
– removal of moles
– surgical removal of papillomas, lipomas and other benign neoplasms
– removal of an ingrown nail
– treatment of small and keloid scars
Minor surgery outpatient procedures are performed under local anesthesia. The procedure usually lasts less than 1 hour and is not painful (only an anesthetic injection causes some pain). The wound will be stitched and you will need to return to the clinic in 1-2 weeks to have them removed, depending on the location and size of the wound
Before surgery, you need to see a doctor.
