We are pleased to announce that Med4U Ülemiste City now offers a new service — consultations with a specialist who creates personalized nutrition plans for individuals with special dietary needs. The “medical nutrition” service is available exclusively at our Med4U Ülemiste City center and provides a tailored approach for each patient.

The specialist offers assistance in creating menus for patients with conditions such as:

  • Obesity, focusing on safe and effective weight loss.
  • Diabetes, with attention to controlling blood sugar levels and maintaining a stable condition.
  • Oncological diseases, where balanced nutrition is crucial for supporting the immune system and maintaining strength during treatment.
  • Post-bariatric surgery patients, needing specialized nutrition for proper recovery after surgery.
  • Digestive system complaints, including stomach, intestinal, or overall digestive issues that require gentle and careful nutrition.

Each consultation lasts 60 minutes, during which our specialist thoroughly examines the patient’s health, complaints, lifestyle, and individual needs. Based on this information, a unique nutrition plan is created to meet the patient’s health conditions, goals, and preferences.

MED4U PEREARSTIKESKUS IS LOCATED IN TALLINN AT SEPAPAJA 12/1, ON THE 4TH FLOOR.

The building is easy to find — it is situated in the Ülemiste area, near Ülemiste Keskus.

Enter the building from the main road side, and a convenient parking lot allows you to easily leave your car. Take the elevator or stairs to the 4th floor — we look forward to seeing you!

THERE IS A SPACIOUS PARKING LOT IN FRONT OF ÜLEMISTE TERVISEMAJA 2. PART OF THE PARKING AREA IS DESIGNATED SPECIFICALLY FOR VISITORS TO MED4U PEREARSTIKESKUS AND MED4U ÜLEMISTE CITY.

  • Parking in the designated area for Ülemiste Tervisemaja 2 visitors (pay attention to parking signs!) — 2 hours free, with mandatory registration at the parking terminal located at the entrance of Ülemiste Tervisemaja 2.
  • Parking in the remaining area in front of Ülemiste Tervisemaja 2 — 2 hours free with a parking clock! (pay attention to parking signs!)
